A fitness-centered app that helps children earn and bank game time through movement, recovery activities, and parent-approved helpful quests.
Age-appropriate strength, cardio, mobility, balance, and recovery activities turn progress into screen-time credit.
Exercises and goals advance gradually, helping children build confidence and fitness over months and years.
Parents set limits, approve helpful quests, grant bonuses, and decide how earned minutes become play time.
Move to Play runs on Apple Watch, iPad, and iPhone. Parent-managed app locking (the games and apps you select and authorize through Family Controls) applies on iPhone and iPad; Apple Watch can start and track play sessions but doesn't lock apps itself. It also runs on Mac — since Apple's screen-time controls don't extend to Mac apps the same way, Mac relies on macOS's own built-in Screen Time alongside the reward system.
Our approach
Move to Play is built with clear parent controls, minimal personal information, and no ads.
Move to Play is available on the App Store. We continue to refine it based on what genuinely helps families.
