This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or account registration. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, reply address, and message you provide and use them to respond to your inquiry. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical request information to detect automated abuse. Contact submissions are delivered by email and are not stored in a website database.

Move to Play

Move to Play is currently in private development. During testing, the app may process information chosen by a parent or child, including:

• A nickname and broad age band, but not an exact birth date
• Movement preferences, available equipment, and parent settings
• Completed activities, progress, earned minutes, helpful quests, and play-time redemptions
• Technical information needed to synchronize the family's devices and maintain app reliability

How information is used

Information is used to provide the app's fitness progression, rewards, parent controls, device synchronization, safety features, and support. Duke & Duke does not sell personal information and does not use children's activity for targeted advertising.

Storage and sharing

The app is being designed to keep family data on the family's devices and, when enabled, in Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services for private synchronization. Information may be processed by Apple as necessary to provide those services under Apple's terms and privacy practices.

Children and parents

Move to Play is intended to be configured and supervised by a parent or guardian. We aim to collect only the information needed for the app to work. Parents participating in testing may contact us to ask questions or request assistance with family data.

Changes

Because Move to Play is still in development, this notice will be updated before broader distribution to describe the released app and its final data practices accurately.
